Our Delivery Service
The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.
You can usually expect your delivery in 7 working days, however items which come direct from the manufacturer, such as Heavy Furniture items (which are made to order) and goods requiring personalisation, will take a little longer. For further information on the expected delivery times of heavy furniture items please contact our Customer Service Department on 01-8300600.
Please note a delivery charge of up to €4.99 may be incurred on any order placed; this will be shown on your invoice.
We reserve the right to charge €2.99 for postage and packaging for orders of €25.00 or less.
When you receive your order, please check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 01-8 300 800 or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.
Express Delivery Service
Need your goods even faster? Then take advantage of our 'Express Delivery Service' for only €4.00 plus your standard charge. You can usually expect your delivery in 4 working days.
This service is subject to availability of goods and your own credit status, and does not apply to personalised items or those marked with an asterisk, as they come direct from the supplier.
Large Bulky Items (such as household furniture)
Larger items are delivered direct from the supplier. Contact our customer service department on 01-8 300 800 for approximate delivery date.
*Goods ordered on Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the Thursday at the earliest of the following week.
Some lines have a delivery charge that applies if the item requires more than one person to deliver it, or where the item cannot be delivered directly. The amount of the charge will appear within the item description on your statement. The total price of the goods shown in the statement is inclusive of the delivery charge. We also reserve the right to charge up to €4.99 in addition to this to contribute towards our packaging costs.
Occasionally, an item you order may be out of stock, in which case we will send you your second choice item or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.
Delivery to a different address
Items ordered via this website can only be sent to the address registered on your account. If you wish your order to be sent to a different address in the Republic of Ireland, please place your order by calling 01-8 300 600 or use the Contact Us page to send us an email with your account number, the products you would like to order and the address to which you would like them delivered.
Any orders that you place will be shown on your next statement. Any items that you have not received but appear on that statement should be queried as soon as possible but no later than 56 days following the date of the order shown on the statement. If we have not received a query with respect to a possible non-delivery of any item within the 56 day period, we shall presume that the item has been delivered.
